Good day from Crested Butte! Summer is in full swing here in the Butte. Brokers around the market report good shopping activity and properties are selling as we head into the heart of the "summer season". Its no wonder activity has picked up. Significant price adjustments have occurred across some categories and good deals can be found up and down the valley, particularly for small land parcels. Last month I reported that some land developers were dropping prices and that trend has continued at the Larkspur subdivision. The developer there just released a 2 for 1 special. 2 parcels are already under contract. This is the hottest deal for vacant land in the market right now.
