We handle all aspects of making your trip to Crested Butte a most pleasant and enjoyable one by providing grocery shopping and stocking. Additionally, we provide scheduling, planning and reservation bookings for everything from dinner to sleigh rides to golf tee times.

Vacation Rental Marketing
Marketing and advertisement of your home for short and long term rentals is crucial to your investment and the success of our relationship.

Via our partnership with Mountain Home Management, we promote your property effectively and cost efficiently. Our marketing package includes Internet postings (paid search, search directories and linking campaigns), direct marketing, local, regional and national advertising, full web presence on MHMCB.COM and primary phone & e-mail contact and confirmation reservation handling.

Bookings
Reservations and booking your home is carefully screened for all potential renters. We maintain all contact before, during and after their stay, handle all payments/deposits and check in/out.

Management
We handle ALL management responsibilities of the property. Includes marketing, booking, contact with renters and guests, check in/out, cleaning, maintenance, all vendor contact, property inspections, project supervision and monthly/annual property financial statements.

Caretaking
Includes scheduled interior/exterior property inspections, project supervision, maintenance, cleaning and grocery shopping. We can even water the plants! We do what it takes to make you feel comfortable in leaving your home with us.

Housekeeping
Our housekeeping service includes complete cleaning of the home, linens, towels, dishes and the overall appearance.

Following the checkout of each renter or guest an inventory and property inspection is performed for damage or loss. If necessary, the renters damage deposit is charged. This procedure is essential to preserving the home and furnishings of the homeowner and the next renter or guest.

*Housekeeping service is available on a more frequent basis if the homeowner requests. This service is billed on each monthly statement and of course only when utilized.
